Allison Hopkins attended the Dallas Celebrity Waiters Gala on Saturday April 18, 2009. She was selected as one of the local celebrities to serve as a waiter for the evenings festivities. Allison represented the Princess and the Pooch as the published author of the adorable children's book. The Princess and the Pooch donated a princess package and a personal reading at a Princess Party to the recipient from the silent auction. The Child Abuse Prevention agency raised thousands of dollars to educate and assist children in their needs as they face abuse in their delicate lives.
