Questions or comments for Allison

Allison Hopkins, Ph.D. (ABD) is not only a brilliant writer but also a beautiful person in every sense of the word. With her extensive education and her background of working with children from all walks of life, she can capture today’s realities and put them into concepts to which all children can relate.

When I began searching for someone to write the “Princess and the Pooch” series, I realized that only Allison had the creative instinct necessary to bring the stories vibrantly alive and make them meaningful for children.  As a lifelong friend of mine and a true animal lover as well, I know that Allison is someone who can understand the complex issues being faced by children today, and translate them into lessons and morals to be learned from those issues. Accordingly, Allison has a unique ability to bond with children in a very special way that is rarely encountered today.

Allison draws on her knowledge of the human spirit from interacting with and obtaining insights from people in homeless shelters as well as in affluent rehabilitation centers.  She has been featured in numerous publications Nationwide and featured on Nationwide Television shows, including “The Doctors”.

Her deep understanding of human character, integrity and frailty, together with her love for and understanding of children and animals, made her my choice as the perfect conduit for the “Princes and the Pooch” series.
